Privacy Policy

When you use Tadawi Connect, we collect the information you provide directly (name, contact details, ID/Iqama number, date of birth, and reason for visit) and the appointments you book through the platform. We also receive limited technical data such as device type and IP address.

We use your information to:

• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.
• Securely share required clinical context with the clinician you booked.
• Help our team support you when you contact us.
• Improve the platform's reliability, search relevance, and booking experience.

We share appointment details with the clinic and clinician you book with, because they need it to deliver care. We never sell your data, and we don't share medical records with advertisers or third-party marketers.

Service providers (such as hosting and SMS delivery) may process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.

Data in transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+). Data at rest is encrypted on our infrastructure. Access to identifiable health information is limited to staff who need it to support clinical or operational requests, with auditable access logs.

You can request a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate fields, or ask us to delete your account. Some records may be retained where required by Jordanian medical recordkeeping regulations.

We use a small set of cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how features perform in aggregate. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

Tadawi is intended for adults and for guardians acting on behalf of minors. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without guardian involvement.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-app and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the new version.
