1. Who we are
Tadawi Connect is a healthcare access platform based in Amman that lets patients in Jordan find clinicians, view live appointment availability, and book visits within the Tadawi clinical network. We are a software intermediary; the medical care itself is delivered by the clinicians and clinics listed on the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the service on behalf of a minor as their legal guardian, to use Tadawi Connect. By creating an account, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and you have the right to share it.
3. Booking and cancellations
Appointments booked through Tadawi are confirmed in real time, but remain subject to clinician availability and clinic policies. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the visit are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee set by the clinic.
We do not control consultation pricing, treatment plans, or medical decisions; those are the responsibility of the treating clinician.
4. Medical disclaimer
Tadawi Connect is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department immediately. Information shown on doctor profiles is provided by the clinics and is not a guarantee of outcome.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt the platform, scraping clinician data without permission, or impersonating another patient. Repeat or severe violations may result in suspension.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Jordanian law, Tadawi Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the medical care delivered by listed clinicians. Our total liability for the platform itself is limited to the fees paid by you to Tadawi in the twelve months prior to the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Tadawi after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
